We could not understand how a man in his 40's with a 4 year college degree in business and decades of experience could not perform at a reasonable level until we discovered by a publicly available YouTube video presenting his own testimonial, that he had been a cocaine addict for 25 years. While his actions are criminal, no criminal court will prosecute him due to his mental condition - a well-researched and understood imbalance of brain chemistry resulting from decades of cocaine abuse. It is our understanding based on a series of complaints, that Las Vegas Metro Police is currently processing court orders to place Yax under the care of medical professionals.
